I had a BLAST at the first Doonhame Festival last years and the date for this year was the first festival that went in my 2020 diary and now we know the Doonhame Festival will return to the grounds of The Crichton in Dumfries for the second time on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July 2020. The festival team is excited to share news of the line-up ahead of tickets officially going on sale on Friday 14th February.
The two-day family-friendly music festival will feature performances from The Feeling, Bad Manners, I am a Raver, Hayseed Dixie, Ibiza Mania, Skerryvore, Colonel Mustard & the Dijon 5, Tiderays, The Lutras and The Meanies, with many more acts still to be announced.
Sandy Sweetman, Joint Festival Director said: “We are thrilled to be announcing plans for our second Doonhame Festival at The Crichton in 2020. We have shaped our plans for 2020 around the feedback we received after our first ever Doonhame Festival in 2019 and so we are truly excited to be offering a great value summer festival experience in Dumfries & Galloway this year. Not only are we attracting some of the UK’s top live acts to our stages, but we also look forward to showcasing our local talent too.” Tickets will be available online from 6pm on Friday 14th February via www.doonhamefestival.co.uk and from the Midsteeple Box Office in Dumfries during their normal opening hours. A limited number of Early Bird Weekend Tickets will be available for £50. Family Tickets also available.
